Although this was a complete image overhaul, there were still many aspects of the site that would not get a complete rework. Some items such as the search and local market pages would not be getting a ground-up redesign. The site was comprised of hundreds of Office and Broker sites that were built on an existing CMS. We needed a focused approach to modernizing the design of the updated CMS components while keeping structures intact giving the visual side a new look and not breaking any existing user-controlled company pages.

Property Search

The property search is a very complex system that allows you to search by Property, Office, and Professional. Each of those search sections will give you a more detailed set of parameters to narrow the search by Area, Features, Qualification, and Type.
