Project Overview

The redesign of Century 21’s realtor intranet, 21Online, was a comprehensive project undertaken to enhance the user experience and functionality for real estate professionals. Built using Adobe Experience Manager, the key features of the redesigned intranet included:

Dashboard: A central hub displaying upcoming events, and providing quick access to essential tools and information.
Knowledge Base: A resource for realtors to access valuable information and guidance.
Facebook Workplace Integration: To foster community and collaboration among realtors.
Listings with Action Paths: Interactive and detailed property listings with clear action steps.
Learning Module: Educational resources for continuous professional development.
Awards and Recognition: A section dedicated to celebrating realtor achievements and milestones.
Customer Satisfaction Ratings and Company Rankings: Displaying performance metrics and comparative rankings.
News, Alerts, and Announcements: Keeping realtors updated with the latest industry news and company updates.

The focus was on creating an intuitive, resource-rich platform that supports realtors in their daily tasks and career growth.

Onboarding

Since this was an entirely new experience, we needed to collect information to customize the users layout based on a series of questions through an onboarding process.

CMS Components

In order for the end user to create and update content on their own in Adobe Experience Manager, we had to create entire CMS styles and content blocks that can be selected when building out their pages. This ensures that a consistent style is applied to all pages and content on the Century 21 site.

Preferred Client Club

This system enables an agent to easily manage the information that goes into the Preferred Client Club monthly magazine and subscribers to the publication. The cards below are situated on the Dashboard that takes them into the PCC section.
